Vienna National League captures D4 Majors Championship

Vienna took a few games to get their offense rolling, but polished off an undefeated run through the Majors Division to capture the District 4 title defeating Vienna American 10-2 on Art Eagle Field hosted by Falls Church Kiwanis Little League.  Throughout pool play, Vienna American dominated opponents by pitching and defense.  Their pitching was capped off by Andreas Millradt's PERFECT GAME against Falls Church in the semi-final and Credan Reasons 4 inning shutout start in the finals. Vienna National other outstanding pitching performances included Cooper Vaudo and Jake Lopes.  Major Josh Cilman said the bracket games were basically controlled by his starting pitching, "Andreas and Creden are work horses", the team rallies around their effort on the mound and the team rolls from there.”  The offense got on track around Lucas Bourdeau's consistent knack for getting on base and Reasons home runs in both the semi-final and final. "Credan is a special player; he has been all year, but it takes contributions from everyone to get to where we are.  I am very proud of the team".  Vienna Nationals Roster includes: Tommy Weithman, Kasra Shuman, Will Smoot, Will Kapalka, Creden Reasons, Jack Cilman, Lucas Bourdeau, Cooper Vaudo, Jake Lopes, Kellan Counts, Andreas Milldrat, Owen Robbins, Conner Skelton and Riley Brick.  Vienna National is coached by Joshua Cilman, Chris Bourdeau and Justin Counts.
