TEAM CHECK-IN
Registration will take place at Yeonas Park, home of Vienna Little League in Vienna Virginia. All teams must be have preregistered on this web site and show up for Team Check-in between 12:30pm and 4:00pm, July 22, 2021. At Check-in, managers shall have the following information.
- Hotel information where team is staying
- Team affidavit
- Payment for any additional Tournament Shirts requests.
Each team will be assigned a Host Family who will be available to you during your stay to answer questions, give directions, and help make your stay an enjoyable one.
OPENING PARADE
The 2021 Virginia State Majors Tournament kicks off at 5:30pm with a Parade of Champions down Patrick Street followed by the Opening Ceremony at Crabtree Field at Yeonas Park at 6:15. Teams to muster in the Cedar Lane Parking lot and have their District Championship flag presented during the the Parade.
MANAGER AND COACHES BANQUET\MEETING
There is additional parking just north of the Vienna Inn along the B&O Bike Trail (recommended) or across Maple Avenue at the Library. Please be aware of adjacent building signages. The Vienna Inn is located between a number of business that have no parking signs. That's your risk.
