TOURNAMENT POLICIES

  • Please get hooked on phonics – a list of your players with a phonetic spelling will be very useful for the announcers.  We will be reviewing this at the Team Check-in.
  • All preliminary pool play contests will have the home and away (and dugout) determined by a coin flip at the Manager’s Meeting.  Home team will occupy the first base dugout and the home team will occupy the third base dugout.
  • At 30-minutes prior to game time, Visitors will get 10-minutes of infield. At 20 minutes the home team will get 10-minutes. Ten minutes prior to game time, the playing fielded will be prepared and preliminary game ceremonies will commence.  This includes the announcing of the players, coaches, manager and any team representative (President, Board member, Team parent etc.)
  • Please no disruptive cheers from the parents.
